Reinforced concrete, as specified in initial project details, in accordance with Spanish Structural Concrete Regulations (EHE) and other relative standards and regulations.

Façade
• Double-layer façades with exterior, half-foot brickwork, thermal-acoustic insulation cavity faced with laminated plaster panel on metal supports.
• Interior separation by means of laminated plaster panels.
• Exterior façade finished in coloured cement, according to project design.
• Double glazing with air cavity.
• Flat roofs (weight-bearing and non-weight bearing).

Brickwork
• Kitchens, bathrooms and toilets are to be faced up to false-ceiling height with high-quality ceramic tiles.
• Smooth-plaster false ceilings in kitchen and bathroom. Removable unit in which air-conditioning equipment will be located.
• Textured-plaster ceilings and smooth-plaster in the hallway.
• Smooth plastic paint in soft colours.

Flooring
• High-quality ceramic floor tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and terraces.
• High-quality ceramic floor tiles are used for general flooring throughout the property.

Exterior carpentry
• Lacquered, aluminium exterior framework, wooden slatted shutters, sliding doors.

• Fitted electrical-installation, in accordance with standards and Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations for high levels of electrification.

• Built-in hot and cold water installations in each property. Piping complies with applicable regulations.
• Hot drinking-water storage installation.

Air-conditioning

• Amounts paid in cash or by assets, as well as the accrued interest, are insured by a bank guarantee or insurance policy in accordance with the terms stated in the Law 57/68 of July 27th, in relation with the Law 8/2004, October 20th of the Valencia Regional Government Office for Land and Housing, and the guarantor being: Segurval, Grupo Bancaja, which subcontracts the company Asefa S.A.
