Foundations and structure
- The foundations and structure are reinforced concrete, as in the plan and according to current legislation.

Façade
- The façades are in ceramic brick covered by painted plasterwork, with a finish chosen by the developer, thermal and acoustic insulation and clad with plasterboard panels.
- Exterior fittings are in lacquered aluminium and double glazing with air chamber, Climalit type clear glass and compact system aluminium blinds included in the living room and all bedrooms.

Interior building work
- The internal distribution is by partition walls in plasterboard panels with interior insulation and metal profiles.
- The interior ceilings of the house are plaster finished.
- Services are concealed by continuous false ceilings in plasterboard.
- The walls separating houses are of acoustic brick backed by plasterboard cladding.

Flooring and surfaces
- The floors of the house are ceramic gres tiles and skirting boards in the same material, with a choice of two finishes.
- Bathrooms will be tiled with top quality ceramic tiles, with a choice of two finishes.
- Terraces and exterior steps will use non-slip ceramic gres tiles.
- Matt emulsion paint on walls and ceilings, with a choice of two colours.

Interior fittings and fixtures
- Interior doors are plain panelled in chipboard with top quality wood veneer and varnished.
- Exterior reinforced door in metal with security lock and security hinges with three anchor points.
- Built-in modular type cupboards with folding and/or sliding doors, lined inside with melamine shelf and hanging rail.
- The banister will be wooden.
- Metal fittings on all woodwork will be brass, and door handles in stainless steel.

Bathrooms
- Vitrified porcelain sanitary fittings from a top brand.
- Monoblock taps from a top brand.
- 100 l or 150 l electric boiler.
- Shut-off valves in wet rooms.

Kitchen
- Built in low and wall cupboards with top brand eye-level oven.
- Monoblock taps from a top brand.
- Vitroceramic hob, electric oven and extractor hood.
- Double sink in stainless steel.

Installations and communications
- Installation of R-TV / SAT (FM, DAB, UHF, TDT). Installation ready for satellite and broadband services in living room, bedrooms and terrace-back garden.
- Installation of telephone lines with sockets in living room and bedrooms according to ICT standards.
- The house has a telephone line installed and pre-activated with line subscription included, which can be activated within 24 hours on request by the owner by calling a free number.
- Complete air-conditioning and space heating installation, air ducts, machine circuits, inflow and outflow grilles, and ducting for electricity lines, with independent controls on each floor.
- Chased-in high voltage electric installation inside the building according to REBT standards.
- Mechanisms are of top brands.
- The building is earthed.
- Security system via radio with computerised control panel, GSM communications, magnetic detector for the door, two photo-volumetric detectors and user’s manual.
- Includes 9 free months’ connection by GSM communications, total coverage (does not need phone line).
- Various connection modes to personalise the desired security level of the house (see system manual).
- Installation of entryphone.
- Water installed in front and back terrace-gardens.
