Foreigners continue to trust the Spanish real-estate market

In November, the total amount of transactions reached € 520 million, 39% more than the previous year.

Foreigners bought homes in Spain for a total value of € 5,241 million, compared to € 4,214 million the year before. This is a 24.3% increase in one year. In the month of November, the total amount of home purchases reached € 520 million, compared to €374 million in November 2006, representing 39% more.

In this way, foreigners continue to trust the Spanish real-estate market, as this is the fourth highest level of all of 2007. The second-home market, especially on the coast, continues to be very attractive to investors outside Spain, who see the country as the ideal place to spend their golden age.
