15% of those looking for housing in Spain are foreigners

According to age, the principle group that looks for housing is between 26 and 35 years old. Up to 39.34% of those looking for housing are found within this age range, followed by people between 36 and 45 years (26.31%), between 46 and 65 years (18.27%) and, lastly, between 18 and 25 years (13.52%).

Of those surveyed, 39.4% already live in a personally owned residence, while 35.8% are renting but wish to buy their own homes. 19.49% currently live in the house of a family member and the remainder have other types of accommodations.
