In Europe, BANCAJA HABITAT’s international strategy has led to alliances with top level entities within the financial and real estate sectors. The crowning glory is undoubtedly the agreement signed with DnBNOR Eiendom, leader in the Norwegian market.
Our sales structure has grown, and we now have our own offices in two major European cities: London and Munich.
Furthermore, since the start of 2007 BANCAJA HABITAT has operated in various areas within the Czech Republic, demonstrating its initial support for Central and Eastern Europe. The Group is currently participating in projects being carried out in Poland, and is analysing opportunities in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria, without forgetting other countries which have historically been investment targets, such as Portugal.
