BANCAJA HABITAT is focusing its American expansion on Mexico, the USA and the Dominican Republic.
Mexico is one of the main areas in which we are investing, and we are present in the country’s main tourist areas, such as Cancun, the Mayan Riviera and Los Cabos.
In Cancun, BANCAJA HABITAT is participating in various developments, with over 400 residential units. However, the most significant project is undoubtedly the one located in Playa del Carmen. Grand Coral Riviera Maya will be the most important residential development in the entire Mexican Caribbean region. The project will contain a total of 6,900 homes, shopping areas, sporting facilities and hotels, and the sales process has already begun for its 300 initial units in Mareazul, its first development.
Our investment in Mexico is topped off with participation in two projects which will soon be developed in the area of Los Cabos (Baja California Sur), one of the most exclusive holiday destinations in the world.
In terms of the USA, we already have a residential development of 300 apartments in Miami (Florida), while in the Dominican Republic we have contacts with local partners to develop new projects.
